Race starts at 6 am at Remedios Circle and will pass through different cities and municipalities from Manila to Pasay, Emilio Aguinaldo Highway up to Tagaytay-Nasugbu Highway and finish across Sky Ranch Overpass .

The Manila-Tagaytay Bike Challenge route was discussed with Integrated Cycling Federation of the Philippines (PhilCycling) president Abraham “Bambol” Tolentino who is also the incumbent Representative to Cavite’s seventh district.
